General Info:
- The building rights in the project are for modern villas, which will blend in with the topography of the land in order to integrate into the breathtaking landscape.
- From the project, there is easy access by car to the two most beautiful beaches on the island of Lefkada, Kathisma and Agios Nikitas.
- The project will build 4 modern villas located on plots ranging in size from 500 square meters to 600 square meters with building rights for a modern villa.

The Project Team

- Office of Architects and Project Supervision – Greece’s leading architectural firm AKKM
Project Status
- Expected to receive a building permit – December 21.
- Construction begins February 22.
Additional Services
- The company will be responsible and in charge of the entire issue of supervision until the key is received.
- The customer has the option of managing the property by us during the tourist season.
Costs and Potential
Each villa in the exclusive project will include a spacious living room and two or three bedrooms, with the possibility of changing the interior design with the help of the architectural firm that accompanies the project, one of the leading in Greece.
In addition, each villa has an outdoor area that extends over 150 square meters, and an infinity pool with an area of 40 square meters.
