The area is on lines with a length of 1,450 meters coastline and the frontage of the area to the municipal asphalt road with a length of 1,050 meters.
The area is adjacent to the sea, except that other properties intervene between us, the sea and three private beaches – two sandy and one with pebbles.
Access to the beaches is only through the plot.
The area has water and electricity infrastructure.

The topography of the area is characterized by steep slopes with scattered olive trees.
